"Remove your lower fairing and you will see the exup cover on the lower left side of the bike held on by a few small bolts.
After you've started the engine rev it up a couple of times just to loosen the exup valve in case it's not turning smooth. Then shut the engine down by turning the key to off.
When you look at the valve at this point the valve is slightly open. By turning the key to on (do not start the engine) you will give the servo motor a electric feed and it will close the valve completely - when the cables a correctly adjusted. the notch and the hole should be in one line.
If the cables need to be adjusted, turn the key to off and start adjusting. A 4 mm drill bit will help the adjusting...just loosen the cables until you can put the drill bit through the notch into the hole. Then tighten the cables again and remove the drill bit.
Now start the engine and rev it up and switch it off again and you will see that at this point the valve is still a little open but that's alright. Now by turning the key to on - DO NO START - the valve is closed by the servo motor (that the buzzing sound you hear when you turn the key to 'on'). Now the notch and the hole should be perfectly alligned.

To, że go tak słychać to nic nie przeszkadza poza tym, że własnie tak się (telepie) ale nie oznacza to jakiegoś niepoprawnego jego działania. Osobiście nie przejmował bym się tym to bardziej estetyka niż mechanika
